OPERATION

FILTER REPLACEMENT

1. WiththeDRAIN in the “CLOSED” position, pull the trolley from the fryer and disconnect the hose from the fryer.

Useoptionaltrolleyhandleifavailable,ortakecarewhenpullingtrolleyfromfryerasithassharpedges.(Contact

factoryforoptionaltrolleyhandleinformation.)

2. Pushingdownonlterframe4 clip,pullsideoflter

cartridge A closest to clip upwards. Slide opposite edge of

ltercartridgeoutfrombeneaththelterframe lip.

3. Removeusedlter2andlterring3.Discardlter2.

Retainlterring3.

4. Placenewlter2andlterring3 next to screen on

undersideofltercartridgeA. Reverse step 2 above.

5. Reconnect hose to fryer and return trolley to

the full position under the fryer.
